This journal is divided into the following sections:

Section 3: Nominating Members for the Monthly Spotlight

UnA accepts all types of art and writing, but in order to submit to the club and make sure your deviation ends up in the right place, this is what you have to do.

Step 1. Check the top of the front journal! This is very important!

A date will be listed at the top of the front journal for members whose usernames start with certain letters or numbers of the alphabet. Only members whose usernames begin with those letters may submit and ONLY on the days announced. We do not accept early or late submissions from members.


Step 2. If your letter has been announced and it is the right day, copy the link of the one deviation you want submitted and paste it into a note. YOU MAY ONLY SUBMIT ONE (as in SINGLE) WORK IN A SUBMISSIONS PERIOD. If you send us more than ONE LINK, we will only submit the FIRST link and remind you that you can only send us ONE each time your turn comes around.

Step 3. Label the note "Submit", so we can tell it apart from the "Join" notes.

Step 4. In the note, tell us which gallery you would like us to submit it to, using "THUMB" for our Art Submission Thumb Journal or "MAIN" for the UnA account gallery.

You MAY NOT submit to both the Thumb and Main galleries. Please choose one or the other. If you cannot decide and leave it blank, our submission staff will choose for you.

Please do not send us the same deviation more than once! It is up to you to keep track of what deviations you send to the club!

DON'T even attempt submitting artwork that is stolen. We have zero tolerance regarding art thieves. All art thieves will be banned from the chatroom and immediately reported to DA. Screencaps (edited or not) of videogames, anime/manga, or movies are considered stolen under DA's policies and will be reported if sent to us as a submission.

UnA has several journals that members can use to make announcements and also share news with other members. However, it is extremely important that members know how to send the information to us.

All Contests, Member Ads and stuff for the Honorable Mentions journal must be sent to *UnseenArtists in a note.

Contests, Member Ads and Honorable Mentions stuff may be sent to us at any time.

Please do not leave the information in a comment on those journals. This ensures we get all the right information from you!

To Submit to Member Advertisements: Send us your ad in a note with the Subject line "Member Ad". It is not necessary to specify which section your ad is going to in the note.

To Submit to Honorable Mentions: If you have recieved a Daily Deviation, have been featured by =DailyDeviants or have done artwork dedicated to *UnseenArtists, send a note to us with the subject "Honorable Mentions" and the link or links inside.

To Submit A Contest to Art Contests: Send us a note with the subject "Art Contest". The note MUST contain the name, deadline, and link to your contest.

Members may nominate at least four other members for our monthly spotlight. Members who are featured in our monthly spotlight get a deviation of their choice featured on our frontmost journal for a month.

Nominations for the Monthly Spotlight may be sent to *TwinEnigma in a note. Please make the subject of the note "Monthly Spotlight Nomination."

Members may not nominate themselves to the Monthly Spotlight.
